Board Director

Enterprise Value Architect

I am an Enterprise Value Architect and a high-impact board member who helps organizations move from operating to architecting enterprise value. My work is grounded in disciplined governance, decision architecture, and strategic execution, shaped by my training through the Deloitte Board Ready Program and Advisory Board Architects certification.

At 38, when both of my parents were diagnosed with cancer within six months of each other, I made a defining decision to change the trajectory of my family’s future. That moment clarified my commitment to intentional living, transformation, and building what truly lasts, both personally and professionally.

Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, leading enterprise transformations and serving in CEO and executive roles. These experiences shaped a core belief: enterprise value is not created by execution alone. It is architected when strategy, capital, operating models, leadership, and governance are intentionally aligned.

Through KP Strategies, I work exclusively with CEOs and their First Teams, helping them build clarity, strengthen decision velocity, and design organizations that are scalable, resilient, and enterprise-ready.

As a board member, I bring this same Enterprise Value Architect mindset to the boardroom. I elevate governance from oversight to value creation by strengthening decision quality, sharpening strategic dialogue, reinforcing capital discipline, and ensuring leadership accountability. My focus is on helping boards become accelerators of enterprise value.
